Wild Waves
Being in the ocean as it rises and falls. Waves breaking and crashing to the surface. The colours, shapes and textures of the waves constantly changing. Natures art, beautifully captured by Tom. Listening to the rhythmic sound of ocean waves. A wild sense of being connected to the natural world and its vastness. The nostalgia of the salty ocean scent. The waves wildly yet gently embracing me. The cold water invigorating and energising all my senses. The feeling of being wild and free and fully alive in the moment. Embracing the freedom and wildness of nature. Embracing life.
Waves are a reminder that life is always changing. Every experience, feeling and emotion is like a wave. Some are calm and harmonious, others wild and transformative. They ebb and flow and are all part of what makes us. Our uniquely beautiful life experience. Embrace them all.
Be as wild as the ocean, as free as the sea, and embrace the waves of change.

Wild River
Warm rays of the early morning sun create a welcoming path into the wild river.
Nature’s wild gift
I feel the energy of the waves as they dance towards me. Wild. Powerful. Strong.

How would it feel to open your wild heart to wild possibilities? To live a life of adventure, authenticity and freedom.
Wild Courage
Tim has brought so many beautiful teachings to my world. One of those being wild courage
Wild Yoga. Wild Dunes.
Sand dunes. A beautiful wild ecosystem providing a protective barrier to the inland, beyond the reach of the tides
Wild Path
Every wild path, every journey, every adventure leads us somewhere. To a place, a new chapter

I have fallen in love with wild swimming and how it makes me feel.

Wild Yoga. In the Landscape.
The landscape. Mountains, hills, lakes, lochs, lochans, ponds and the sea. Living elements of land cover
Wild Yoga. On the Moors.
The moors. Wildly abandoned yet full of life. Derelict cottages tell stories of wild lives once lived in these remote places.
Wild Swimming. In the Lochan.
There’s a Lochan on Dava Moor that we met one bright and windy day.
Wild Yoga. At the Beach.
The beach signifies the rhythm of life. Continually changing. Evolving. A constant ebb and flow.
Wild Yoga. In the Forest
Being alone in nature while at the same time being surrounded by life. Connection. Unity. Wild yoga in the forest.
Wild Yoga. In the Sea.
The sound of the waves crashing against the shore, the smell of the saltwater, the vast expanse of the ocean.
Wild Yoga. In the Mountains.
The magnificent, majestic splendour of mountains. Wild, steep and jagged. Grounded in the earth and rising high to the sky.
Wild Yoga
I’ve always enjoyed practicing yoga alone, and love to practice yoga outdoors in nature. Yoga is deeply rooted in nature
